Each Roksolana piece is prepared with care before dispatch, ensuring it arrives exactly as intended.
Return & Exchange Policy
Every Roksolana piece is designed to feel right from the first wear.
If it does not, we will resolve it.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact info@roksolana.co.uk within this period. We will guide you through the process.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
