Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If your piece is not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us at info@roksolana.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.
Exchanges for size adjustments are available subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Faulty or incorrectly sent items are an exception — in those cases we will arrange and cover the return.
