Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@roksolana.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.

Exchanges

If you have received an incorrect size or would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at info@roksolana. within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.
